Description
This listing is for a 1.5″ Snap-Tite Gasket (PN: T-23-167) that is made of Neoprene and measures one and a half inches in diameter. The gasket ensures tight joints and leak proof connections with the highly polished Snap-Tite gaskets. They hug sanitary fitting surfaces smoothly, allowing for more secured joints and fittings so as to prevent leakage, with a beveled seat for a more secure fit.
The gaskets are made from FDA and USDA approved non-toxic material; therefore, allowing for conditions to remain sanitary no matter where they are used.
Please note that depending on the material, they can only tolerate within a set temperature range. The lifespan of these gaskets can lengthen if they were used within the temperature range. For Neoprene (Buna), it can tolerate a minimum of -60°F to a maximum temperature of 250°F before losing integrity. For Teflon, the temperature range the gasket can tolerate is -40°F to 500°F.
