Description
The Endo-Total Coliform Media (PN: T-10-405) is a red colored media that detects total coliform bacteria. It is used specifically to detect total coliform bacteria and Escherichia coli (or E. coli). It is prepared to be used for membrane filtration methods and it is required to be cold shipped to ensure the full extent of its shelf life.
The media is packaged in plastic, ready-to-use ampoules with 2mL of broth in each ampoule. They are single use.
