The Gasket Set [PN: T-03-603] is for the space between the glass and stainless steel base on the 3-in-1 Premix Carbonation Tester.  This is a listing for a replacement or spare part.

The 3-in-1 Carbonation Tester is for checking temperature, pressure, and gas volume of premix tanks. Stainless steel construction with acrylic cylinder for checking fill. Unit is equipped with snift valve for release of gas and with recalibratable bi-metal dial thermometer and 100 psi gauge.
