Polariscope | For Preform Inspection, 110/220V, 50/60Hz
Description
The Polariscope for Preform Inspection [PN: T-05-725] is a laboratory tool which allows you to detect visual defects in preforms, plastic bottles, and PET containers. It uses a system of polarized light, made of structural aluminous, that can be used to identify and evaluate residual strain in annealed containers.
The polariscope uses LED technology to illuminate and allows for getting better intensity and contrast. Has a life of approximately 50,000 hours of continuous use and has a holder in place to hold bottles with an adjustable viewing angle.

- Thermal degradation
- Crysallinity
- Insufficient cooling in the mold
- Inadequate drying
- Bubbles
- Condensation
- High contraction
- Knocking pollution
- Incomplete injection
