Manual Carbonation Calculator | Universal (Heath)
Description
The Terriss Manual Carbonation Calculator (PN: T-03-399) is a thin and handy plastic calculator that is used to compute gas volume in a solution. Thin and simple to store, it can be taken and stored anywhere for convenient use. It is also straight forward to use, with instructions printed directly on the calculator itself for on-the-go calculations.
Pressure is shown in both psi and kg/cm². Temperature is in Fahrenheit and Celsius. To use, simply line up temperature and pressure. From there, the arrow points to gas volumes. The Universal Chart has a temperature range of 30° to 90°F and -1° to 33°C. It is derived from the Heath formula. The calculator is also double sided with “No Snift” on one side and “Snift” on the other side for if there is carbonation present.
