Bacti-Disc Cutter | For Steel Can Foods
Description
The Bacti-Disc Cutter (PN: T-14-182) is a simple manual metal can opener tool. It is a hand tool that has an adjustable cutter and it is used for removing the discs from can ends without disturbing the can seam. The overall length of the Bacti-Disc Cutter is 11 inches and features a bulbous end for easier grip when removing the can discs.
In use, the pointed end of the cutter is punched through the center of the can end. Afterwards, the cutting blade is then adjusted to the desired size of the disc that is to be removed. In order to cut the disc, the tool then needs to be rotated 360º. The blade will cut around the end of the can and remove the disc without disturbing the seam of the can.
Please note that this cutter should be used for steel cans only.
