SBL-2 Non-Volatile Residue Kit | CO2 Analysis
Description
The Snow-500S CO2 Snow-Making Kit [PN: T-11-358] is designed to produce a high purity CO2 snow sample for performing CGA and ISBT testing for non-volatile residue and non-volatile organic residue, and odor of carbon dioxide snow.
The SBL-2 kit consists of a pre-cleaned, ready-for-use electropolished 2-Liter stainless steel beaker and lid with handle unit. It is specifically designed for use in CGA and ISBT type tests for non-volatile residue and non-volatile organic residue in liquid CO2. Approximately 400 to 600 grams of CO2 snow is added to the SBL beaker and allowed to evaporate.
The unique advantages of this SBL-2 Kit are its ruggedness and, because of its highly reflective interior surface, users can easily detect and trace, non-volatile contaminants after snow evaporation. The use of the Snow-500S Kit is recommended for CO2 Snow collection.
