Electronic Wall Thickness Gauge | Model FH 4100 Meter w/ Probe
Description
The Electronic Wall Thickness Gauge [PN: T-14-201], or Model FH 4100 Meter with Probe, measures the wall thickness of PET, glass, and any other non-magnetic material. To use, slide the probe across the surface and the target ball will follow, showing the thickness at any point on a large digital display. The gauge can be connected to a PC or printer and is suitable for the laboratory or in production.
This model specifically has a range of 0 – 4 mm with a steel ball and has 3 calibration studs for the best accuracy.
Measuring Ranges and Accuracy:
- 0 – 2 mm with a steel ball (1.5 mm), ± 5 microns + 1% of reading
- 0 – 4 mm with a steel ball (3.0 mm), ± 10 microns + 1% of reading
- 0 – 8 mm with a steel ball (5.0 mm), ± 20 microns + 1% of reading
