Shipping & Return Policy

RETURNS: Call or email your return request to orders@terriss.com for RMA. TERRISS is not responsible for items returned without approval. After RMA is issued, TERRISS will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unopened, in original packaging, & free of damage within 15 days shipment. Returns made after 15 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & processing fees are at the customer’s expense and are not refundable. 

SPECIAL ORDERS: Non-stock & custom items are subject to an additional 10% processing fee.
