RETURNS: Call or email your return request to orders@terriss.com for RMA. TERRISS is not responsible for items returned without approval.
Once RMA is issued, TERRISS will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unopened, in original packaging, & free of damage within 15 days shipment. Returns made after 15 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & processing fees are at the customer’s expense and are not refundable.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Non-stock & custom items are subject to an additional 10% processing fee.
Terriss Industries Inc. (TERRISS) warrants that each product sold hereunder will conform substantially to the technical specifications in Terriss’s product catalog for twelve (12) months from the date of shipment for the Product. Pressure gauges, thermometers and other commodities are considered wear items and warranted for 30 days. This warranty does not apply to consumable products such as chemical reagents; or consumable components of a product.
TERRISS shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the TERRISS instructions (whether oral or in writing), incorrect storage or handling, misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without the Company’s approval.
Limitation Of Liability: You agree and acknowledge, TERRISS shall have no liability to you whatsoever for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its products. In particular, given the nature of TERRISS products, you agree and acknowledge, under no circumstances whatsoever shall TERRISS be liable to you for any consequential damages for damage to any non-TERRISS product or service, arising from the failure, use or misuse of a TERRISS product. This limitation also applies to products distributed and sold by TERRISS.
In the event, a court of law with proper jurisdiction finds TERRISS liable to you for any purpose, you agree and acknowledge TERRISS’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of one unit of product giving rise to such liability, or $250.00, whichever is greater.
